Lawyer at the Bar of Paris

Monika Morawska

Lawyer at the Bar of Paris

I am a lawyer registered with the Paris bar association (Avocat au barreau de Paris) and I practice in all areas of family law (divorce and its financial consequences, breakdown of the relationship, children proceedings).

I am bilingual in both French and Polish and I am fully proficient in English. As such, I assist French as well as international clients in their family law disputes.

I chose to focus exclusively on family law, both domestic and international, when I was still at university. I have been granted with a Certificate in English law from the Warvick University and I completed a Master’s degree in Comparative family law at the Paris VIII University. I was admitted to the Paris bar in January 2016.

I also give lectures in family law for Master’s students at the Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University and I regularly speak at Family law seminars (Commissions “Famille”) organised by the Paris bar association.

I am trained in collaborative law, which is an out-of-court conflict resolution process in which the participants focus their efforts on reaching a mutually acceptable resolution.
